The Riga Latvian Society’s classical music’s choir "Ars Longa"

The Riga Latvian Society’s mixed choir „Ars Longa” was founded in 2004. It has 50 singers.

The choir has participated successfully in annual Riga choirs’ contests. The choir participates actively in different local amateur concerts with other choirs – amongst them with the choirs with the same views – Riga Latvian Society’s choirs. Ars Longa has the cooperation concerts with several Latvian regions’ choirs from Ainaži, Limbaži, Dobele, Jēkabpils, Smiltene, etc.

At the end of 2010 the choir "Ars Longa" bade farewell to its founder, long-term artistic leader and conductor Arnolds Skride.
