Creative workshop and interactive discussion “State Symbols”

On Tuesday, January 6, at 19.00 all the interesents are welcome to the creative workshop and interactive discussion “State Symbols” that will take place in the framework of the intercultural integration club “Culture-Charm”. During the discussion the participants will discuss the importance of the State symbols in increasing sense of belonging and patriotism.
In the creative workshops the participants will have opportunity to make interactive presentations about each own State symbols. During the discussion will be opportunity to share experience with the non-residents living in Latvia about similarities and differences and about importance of civil belonging in person’s life.
The event will take place in the Voluntary House, Műkusalas Street 72/ ring button TREPES/ 3d floor. All the interesents are welcome, as the club’s activities are opened and friendly!
The club “Culture-Charm” is the activity of the Riga Latvian Society project “Unity is our strength” (grant contract No. 2013.EEZ/PP/2/MIC/010/028) that is implemented by the creative association for youth “TREPES” and, where representatives of minorities, non-citizens and non-governmental organisations are invited.
Next meeting will be already on January 13, when India’s culture will be discovered.
